The W50 TB External Steel Door System combines authentic, classic design with modern technologies, delivering exceptional aesthetics, functionality, and protection. Designed for residential buildings, public facilities, and historic structures, W50 TB doors stand out with their slim profiles and excellent technical parameters. The W50 TB system is based on 50 mm deep steel profiles that perfectly replicate the traditional shapes of steel window joinery, blending elements of the classic W20 and W40 systems with modern solutions. By incorporating a high-density polyurethane insulator, the system supports glazing up to 36 mm thick, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, even in challenging weather conditions.

Slim, hot-formed steel profiles provide an elegant, timeless look, ideal for historic buildings as well as modern architectural designs. The system maintains authentic proportions, appealing to architects seeking harmony between tradition and modernity.
High Thermal Insulation
With a modern polyurethane insulator and the option to use glazing with a Ug coefficient as low as 0.7 W/(m²K), W50 TB doors achieve a heat transfer coefficient of approximately 1.2 W/(m²K). This makes them suitable for buildings requiring effective thermal protection, minimizing energy loss.
Robust Construction and Durability
All components are made of high-quality galvanized steel, resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Powder-coated or painted in any RAL color, they ensure durability and aesthetics for years. The W50 TB system withstands variable weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for external doors.
Top-Level Security
W50 TB doors can be equipped with anti-burglary locking systems (e.g., RC2 class), multi-point locks, and reinforced hinges. Optional P4 anti-burglary glazing further enhances protection against break-ins and external threats.

The system supports single- and double-leaf doors and windows, opening inward or outward. It also allows for the construction of folding doors and pivot-type doors and windows.
