Elegant Steel Aesthetics
The W40 profiles, made from hot-rolled steel, feature slim lines with a visible width of just 18–20 mm, ensuring maximum light penetration and a subtle, industrial look. Available in finishes such as natural steel, powder-coated, or architectural bronze (B40), they offer a wide range of customization options, from classic to contemporary.
Structural Versatility
The W40 system enables the creation of various types of openings for both external windows and doors as well as internal systems such as folding, sliding, or pivot doors. Its advantage over the W20 is the ability to support larger dimensions, making it ideal for creating expansive glazing and curtain walls, even in demanding architectural projects.
Enhanced Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
The W40 allows for glazing up to 26 mm thick, providing better thermal insulation compared to the W20. With appropriate glazing units, the system achieves U-values as low as 1.8 W/(m²K). High-quality seals and acoustic glass (Rw up to 38–42 dB) effectively reduce external noise, ensuring indoor comfort.
Safety and Durability
The W40 system is equipped with advanced anti-burglary systems (RC1 or RC2 class), multi-point locks, and optional safety glass (e.g., P2, P4) integrated into the structure.
